The kitchen is fully equipped with a Rangemaster cooker, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and highchair. Everything you need for cooking, dining and cleaning during your stay is provided, inc. dish towels, hand towels, dish cloths/scourers, kitchen roll, hand soap, all cleaning products, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, salt and pepper, sugar, tin foil, cling film etc.
A welcome hamper comprising of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and biscuits awaits.
A bright, fresh and relaxing kingsize room and cosy twin bedroom provides the perfect accommodation for a romantic getaway or a family break. With Freeview TV/DVD, bed linen, towels, bath robes, toiletries, hairdryer and extra blankets all provided.
Enjoy a soak in the bath tub, separate shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, wash basin and WC. Hand towels, shower/bath mats, toilet rolls, toiletries, hand soap and non slip mat all provided.

WiFi is included for free and a phone is provided for essential calls. An ironing board, iron, clothes basket, clothes airer, pegs, mop/bucket, brush, hoover, torch, dog bowl/mat etc. is provided for your convenience.

There is a clothes line and an outside tap for washing mucky boots and paws. A picnic bench and sun loungers are provided. Parking for two cars.
